Jay has been teaching Mathematics, Science, and English in South Korea for 8 years. He has mostly given private lessons to teenagers, and has also worked in private institutes in South Korea. Jay is working as a freelance Translator as well, whenever projects come up.
He’s got one of his bachelor degrees in Biomolecular Engineering from Ajou University in South Korea, and another one in Biomedical Engineering from S.U.N.Y (State University of New York). Jay was recognized as talented in the sciences early on as he was the runner-up in biology in the National Science Competition when he was in the Jeonnam Science Highschool, in Naju, South Korea.
He is a native speaker of Korean. His fluency in English came from studying in U.S.A. for a long time. Currently he is studying Bulgarian intensively because of his dear wife who is Bulgarian and their plans to live in Bulgaria long-term. Jay also loves traveling and learning about different cultures.
